A Residence Project Completed

We will do everything for the comfort of our family. That is a fact. That is why, to express the utmost love that Mr. and Mrs. A can give to their family, they sought the service of True North Construction Services to transform their house into a home—a space where their family can experience comfort and strengthen their connection.

It all started on June 3, 2024, when True North Construction Services started the renovation of A residence in Bacoor, Cavite.  

As seen in the picture, the structure was bare and still unfinished without a gate. The client and True North Construction Services discussed the plans of the owner and talked about how they can maximize the potential of the structure to be more functional and elegant.

On January 12, 2025, the renovation was completed. The structure has been maximized through the expansion of the second floor in front, which serves as the balcony. Gates have also been installed to ensure security and privacy.

Among the renovated areas is the kitchen;  where cabinets have been installed and customized according to the owned appliances of the client. This allows the kitchen to feel bigger and cleaner.
